MODIFY / CANCEL ORDERS

If you'd like to modify or cancel your orders, kindly contact our Customver Service or send us an email at support@customvogue.com with the title: "Modify/cancel my order - [Your order number]". We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing your order. Outside the deadline, we will no longer be able to cancel / modify your order.

More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your product is defective or not described. Don't worry! Just send us an email at support@customvogue.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.

Any dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colours will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our Size Guide on product pages or your order confirmation email within the first 2 hours after placing your order.

Our return policy lasts 30 days since your delivery date. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note that our products are made-to-order, we do not exchange or refund items unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Significantly differs from the description or overview presented to you.
  • Is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
  • Does not correspond to what you ordered (type of product, color, size, design ...).

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the product may be kept at customer’s disposal.

Please contact our Customver Service or send us an email at support@customvogue.comto start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product 
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
