Track Order

We're using worldwide shipping carriers to deliver your package! Please note that it takes 3 to 5 working days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. You will automatically receive an email including your tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery of your order.

Rest assured we're doing our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible! Depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time varies between 5-7 working days. 

We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

We are currently in corporation with some carriers like DHL, Royal Mail, Spring GDS Global, La Poste, Colis Privé, UPS, etc. However, Custom Vogue will not bear the responsibility for any late delivery caused by protests or strike actions formally announced. Plus, because of the increased order volume, the production and delivery times could be affected.

Please note that the aforementioned deadlines are only estimates and orders will be chronologically processed.
